A large part of the Restructuring department’s work is administering the liquidations of companies being wound up by order of the Court. Such cases include:

• National Warranty Insurance RRG


• Banco de Galicia (Cayman) Limited


• Various Enron subsidiaries

The department is headed up by Partner, Simon Whicker, supported by a large team of full-time professional staff with a wide range of experience in liquidations and forensic accounting.

Utilizing KPMG's global network of member firms allows the department to combine the functional skills of senior insolvency practitioners around the world with a network of relevant industry experience. Such resources enable the department to perform large and complex cross-border insolvency assignments.
